In partnership with esteemed organizations in Singapore, we provide a broad range of educational opportunities. ALVIN TEJADA

Alvin is a pioneering green building professional in the Philippines. His career has supported several project owners, designers, contractors, and suppliers in achieving building sustainability certification, pushing industry transformational outcome and mentoring aspirants to the profession. Alvin has acquired more than 25 years of experience in architectural and interior design, corporate real estate, construction, property, and facilities management. He has advanced his career as an independent practitioner and a team player in multinational companies. Alvin is actively involved in sustainable buildings and climate mitigation causes. He is a licensed Architect and holds international licenses as Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED AP, WELL AP, EDGE Expert and Auditor, TRUE Advisor and GREEEN Assessor and Auditor. He is a Professor of Architecture at local university and is a licensed faculty of the USGBC and IWBI. In 2022, Alvin was elevated as LEED Fellow of the USGBC- a first for Southeast Asia.

Max is a seasoned sustainability advocate professional with over 30 years of experience in the built environment industry, specializing in glass and façade. With more than a decade of management experience in a public listed company and MNC, Max has honed his skills in the South-East Asia region with a top-tier German façade specialist. Max’s qualifications include a Master of Business and Industrial Marketing from Western Sydney University, accreditation as a USGBC LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and a registered Façade Inspector (FI) with IES/ACES. He also completed an Advanced Certificate program in Integrating Sustainability for a Future-Ready Business by SMU Academy. With such a wealth of experience and credentials, Max is an asset to any team looking to integrate sustainability into their business practices.
GAURAV KUMAR
Senior Sustainability Consultant
Gaurav is a sustainable design professional, radical thinker with a focus on Energy Efficiency, Passive & Active Design solutions, decarbonisation strategies, health & wellbeing framework, and their analysis to achieve Total Building Performance through integrated design process and simulation tools. His expertise lies in integrated approach, system thinking and building performance. With a background in Architecture and Building Physics, Gaurav has extensive experience working on variety of projects including commercial, residential, infrastructure and mixed-use project in the region. With his experience and understanding of built environment and interest in sustainability, decarbonisation, health & wellbeing Gaurav is passionate about helping the built environment sector achieve low carbon solutions which are sustainable, implementable and provide comfortable environment for the users to live, work and play. Gaurav is working as a Senior Sustainability Consultant at Arup Singapore, he is involved in conducting Embodied Carbon, Operational Carbon studies, decarbonisation measures & roadmap for new and existing assets, portfolios. Well versed in design, coordination and construction practises enables him to deliver the tasks efficiently.

LEED Certification is for buildings. Buildings upon completion earn LEED Certification. LEED Accreditation is for individuals. Individuals who pass one of the LEED credentialing exams become LEED Accredited.
LEED exams are scheduled by Prometric Testing Centers. Testing centers are typically open six days a week. Since all LEED exams are computer-based, you will find out your results of your exam instantly.
On demand webinars are files that can be viewed online any time and viewed multiple times during the duration of your product access. Live webinars are shown in PowerPoint style, with a LEED expert delivering exam prep course material via GoToMeeting. The live webinars include time for Q&A with the instructor. On-demand access is also included with our live webinars so you can review any information you may have missed.

Climate change Ambassador program would boost up your resume to a higher level. Whether it’s a job interview or a group discussion, as a Climate change Ambassador, you will be able to engage in conversations pertaining to Climate change, Architecture, and the built environment.
One must take and successfully pass the WELL AP exam. Candidates must be 18 years or older. WELL project experience is recommended, however it is not a requirement! Candidates take the WELL Exams at Prometric Centers around the world (just like the LEED exams).
Yes. WELL APs have to complete 30 hours of CE in a 2 year reporting cycle. 6 of those 30 hours have to be WELL specific. A WELL specific course would have an explicit connection to the WELL rating system.
GBRI is a USGBC Education Partner and our LEED Green Associate, and LEED AP exam prep materials were developed in collaboration with architects, engineers, and building professionals who have successfully passed the LEED Green Associate and LEED AP exams. Developed by industry experts, our comprehensive exam preparation materials will give you everything you need to successfully pass your exam. The preparation materials are part of the ISP. Please note that the fees to register for the exam is not covered in the tuition as it is outside of GBRI’s scope.
First you will need to log in to your USGBC account, and register and pay for the exam. Keep the eligibility ID provided by USGBC handy. Visit prometric.com to find a testing center near you and schedule your exam.
You will have access to the material for 1 – 2 years from the date of purchase depending on which option you selected.
There are no prerequisites to take the LEED v4 exam. Everything you need is included in GBRI’s LEED Exam Prep Course Materials.
