Innovating for a Greener, More Resilient Future

Our Commitment to Doha, Qatar's Sustainable Future

At GBRI, we are deeply committed to sustainable future. Qatar has developed an ambitious Energy Transition Plan to increase the share of renewable energy in its energy mix and reduce its carbon footprint .It aims to generate 20% of its energy from renewable sources by 2030, including solar, wind, and nuclear energy. Protecting the environment and supporting sustainable development are at the forefront of Qatar’s priorities . As one of the first countries to ratify the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in 1996, Qatar has a long-standing commitment to addressing global environmental challenges. As a global leader in sustainability and green building practices, we recognize the unique environmental challenges and opportunities that Qatar presents.  Qatar became a global example of sustainability by developing strategies and investing funds in innovative, circular solutions.

Everything you need is available through our on-demand portal 24×7. All you need is a computer or laptop or tablet with internet access

What Is The Difference Between LEED Certification And LEED Accreditation?

LEED Certification is for buildings. Buildings upon completion earn LEED Certification. LEED Accreditation is for individuals. Individuals who pass one of the LEED credentialing exams become LEED Accredited.

When And Where Do I Take The LEED Exam?

LEED exams are scheduled by Prometric Testing Centers. Testing centers are typically open six days a week. Since all LEED exams are computer-based, you will find out your results of your exam instantly.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LIVE & ON-DEMAND OPTIONS?

On demand webinars are files that can be viewed online any time and viewed multiple times during the duration of your product access. Live webinars are shown in PowerPoint style, with a LEED expert delivering exam prep course material via GoToMeeting. The live webinars include time for Q&A with the instructor. On-demand access is also included with our live webinars so you can review any information you may have missed.

One must take and successfully pass the WELL AP exam. Candidates must be 18 years or older. WELL project experience is recommended, however it is not a requirement! Candidates take the WELL Exams at Prometric Centers around the world (just like the LEED exams).
