This year’s pandemic has struck deep at the foundations of those delivering construction assets. It is clear that managing projects in the usual way is no longer feasible. However, the impacts of the pandemic provide the industry with the change to fast track many of the initiatives it had been slowly progressing and the opportunity to assess how the PMO can work harder for your projects. In this presentation we will handpick a broad cross-section of subjects all focused on how projects restarting can capitalize on opportunities in a post lockdown world. Additional focus will be on what organizations should be asking themselves to ensure they can adapt to a new, digital way of delivering projects over the long term.
