Recovering from Covid: Project Controls interventions for project success

This year’s pandemic has struck deep at the foundations of those delivering construction assets. It is clear that managing projects in the usual way is no longer feasible. However, the impacts of the pandemic provide the industry with the change to fast track many of the initiatives it had been slowly progressing and the opportunity to assess how the PMO can work harder for your projects.
