Engineering & project controls

From the design until the starting of execution, it is an iteration project that goes on with a series of approximations each one with an higher level of detail, from design to engineering and then again to a further phase of engineering through forecasting and planning/scheduling; then, during execution, the process change since engineering is stabilized, budget and time schedule are defined, then the focus is on progress and control.

The purpose of this presentation is to show how all these aspects are strictly related and inter-connected : it follows the need of an integration of all the project activities.
