Change Begins With Us

Interested in starting your sustainability journey and don’t know where to begin? Let us be your guiding light. 1. Professionals

College students

On completion of Climate Change Ambassador badge courses, try to implement at least one of the following to battle climate change crisis:

  • Personally commit to all electric buildings
  • Champion an all electric policy in your firm
  • Engage with local industry chapters
  • Advocate all electric policies in your city
  • Conduct Awareness campaigns in the workplace and the locality
  • Involve in creating sustainable buildings and landscape design
  • Brand your work to impact climate change
  • Create educational videos sharing your expertise on climate change issue
  • Write a press release about creating awareness for climate change

2. Students

Oh my gosh, we love that you are here. Currently our climate change ambassador program is for 18 and above. We will notify you when we have our program for juniors.

After Completing the course content for the Climate Change Ambassador badge, try to implement at least one of the below meaningful exercises: 

  • Conduct Awareness Campaigns in Schools/workshops

  • Pledge to climate action cause
    Volunteer in Climate crisis action groups

  • Conduct Tree Plantation drives

  • Create a social media page promoting climate change awareness

  • Create and distribute informational pamphlets in your town about climate change

  • Create a viral challenge video like the Ice bucket challenge to promote climate change awareness

  • Take on existing challenge for climate change awareness

  • Start a blog or a podcast about climate change crisis

3. Home Owners

Homeowners

After Completing the course content for the Climate Change Ambassador badge, try to implement at least one of the below meaningful exercises:

  • Use Energy and water Efficient fixtures in Homes
    Plant trees in landscape area

  • Adopt a Minimalist Lifestyle

  • Switch to Electric Vehicles and sustainable means of transportation

  • Reduce, Reuse and Recycle waste instead of sending it off to landfills

4. Organizations

On completion of Climate Change Ambassador badge courses, amke sure your organization is compliant with various central and state regulations for battling climate crisis. Regulations to ban or phase out gas in different states are:

  • New York City aims to phase out gas by 2040
  • Cambridge (considering), MA
  • San Francisco, CA (BANNED in all new construction)
  • Seattle is considering to phase out gas
  • Brooklyn banned gas
  • Cambridge is considering to phase out gas
  • MA, San Francisco banned gas
  • Oakland banned gas in new construction
  • California banned gas in all new construction
  • 40 cities in California considering banning gas
