Typical deficiencies of construction project schedules – Lessons learned from delay claims

This presentation discusses some of the typical deficiencies of construction project schedules and identifies some of the main considerations necessary to review project schedules. The process of reviewing project schedules will also be discussed and lessons learned from cases of delay claim will be described to show how deficiencies of project schedules may be used against the contracting party that developed the schedule. As part of this presentation, suggestions will also be made for preparing complete and reasonable project schedules.
