“Total Cost Management (TCM) is defined by the Association of Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) as a systematic approach to managing cost throughout the life cycle of any enterprise, program, facility, project, product or service.

One of the key process steps in the project life cycle is the preparation of Estimates. Estimates comprise many types and purposes, including project estimates, contractor’s estimates, validation estimates and budget preparation, In this Webinar we will talk about how to build an estimate as a means to capture Scope and Strategy at various points in the lifecycle and what the output must look like to satisfy the requirements of the subsequent users of the estimate information.

A well structured Basis of Estimate that describes what is in the estimate will enable the Teams to analyse the estimate, assess contingency and launch change management”
