If you google the words “project management software” your search will return 1.8 million pages and over 450 different software & tools. There are at least two dozen of different project management methods. To the new Project Manager that must feel like a mountainous task just to choose the right method & right tool, let alone actually manage the project.

While the Information Age has gifted us with an abundance of information, big data, and metrics, there’s also no end to the amount of information we can access. And we now know that the more information we have to consider, the longer we actually take to make the decision.
