Managing change under NEC Contracts

NEC contracts have always heightened the significance of the programme with a contractual obligation for it to be regularly revised and accepted throughout the duration of a project. This then forms the basis as to how change i.e. compensation events will be assessed. This session will look at how the contract intends such events to be assessed and dealt with and look at practical tips as to how this can be best managed on large fast paced projects with inevitably lots of change.
