Innovative Creations to Re-Invent Project Planning

During this session, we will briefly discuss the shortcomings of planning tools currently available to the construction industry. We will talk about the need for innovation in our industry and lay out the tools and mindset that will enable us all to become true innovators. Steve will demonstrate several of his most recent inventions that aim to change the way we plan and track our work on projects. During this session, you will have the chance to see some functional tools that have yet to be unveiled to the industry.
