Case Study – How Data & Analytics help manage construction projects

Over the last two years, Sir Robert McAlpine have been on their own journey of discovery and development to make best use of data and analytics and lead change in the construction sector. This session explores where they are today and what the future looks like – both from the perspective of delivering a data strategy and practical, tangible examples from analysts working to deliver on construction projects.
