All models are wrong, but some are useful.

Modelling has become synonymous with data, analytics, forecasting and future-proofing, but at its core modelling it is simply a tool for making better decisions. With a focus on transparency and defensibility, this session will step through the basic design elements behind successful modelling. Using Excel as an example modelling tool, Ben will step through the golden rules for building sustainable and trusted modelling frameworks.
