Jeslin Varghese, Director of Sustainability, holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a graduate degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. Originally from India, he is uniquely positioned to bring an Eastern perspective and marry it with western education and business strategies.

Michael Kaleda, Executive Director, is a career construction management executive with 40 years of federal, state, and local government experience, managing military, school, and transportation projects. Currently, he is Executive Director of GBRI.

Peter G. Martin is a native New Yorker who works in the field of of Community Engagement and Development. He has worked on both publicly and privately funded initiatives aimed at empowering various vulnerable populations. These populations include at-risk inner city youth, people at high-risk for HIV/AIDS, injection drug users.

Provides overall leadership and strategic visioning for the program. She has built strong industry partnerships in the public, private, and non-profit sectors in transportation, environmental energy, industrial, residential, and commercial practice areas.

Shafeeq Salman is an experienced IT Manager at GBRI World with over 10 years of leadership in managing and developing the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Calicut and specializes in IT strategy, systems management, and technology-driven organizational support.

Sreelekshmi is a passionate sustainability professional dedicated to advancing environmental education and impactful climate action. As a Professor and Researcher at GBRI, she combines academic expertise with real-world experience to empower learners across the globe. Her work focuses on sustainable development, climate resilience, and innovative strategies that help communities and organizations create a more sustainable future.
