HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSES?
All of our courses are delivered via an on demand portal accessible online, 24/7.* If you have already purchased a package, you will receive an email with login information to your personal on demand portal. Your on demand account is accessible via https://www.learning-hub-gbrionline.org/
*For live online courses, you will receive a link from GotoMeeting.com with login information to join the live session.
CAN YOU AUTO-REPORT MY CE HOURS?
Yes. For all paid courses & training packages, we provide complimentary auto-reporting to GBCI and AIA. To auto-report your CE hours, we will need your GBCI email address & personal GBCI ID Number and your AIA ID Number (if applicable).
While our courses may qualify for other professional organizations, we are only able to provide auto-reporting to GBCI and AIA at this time.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY GBCI ID NUMBER?
To find your GBCI ID number, please log in to USGBC.org and click on “Credentials” on the left hand side of the page. You should then see your GBCI ID number appear at the top of the page and it is normally 3-8 digits long.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
To cancel your monthly subscription you can follow the below steps:
Log into PayPal account used for the subscription
Go to settings
Manage pre-approved payments
Cancel monthly charge
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON USE THE SUBSCRIPTION I PURCHASED?
No. Our subscriptions are intended for individual use, and are programmed to track single user progress through the exam prep study period.
CAN I ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER OR DEVICE?
Yes, all subscriptions can be accessed through your on-demand account, which can be viewed on any internet-ready device.
I CLICKED "FORGOT PASSWORD", BUT AM NOT RECEIVING THE EMAIL WITH MY NEW PASSWORD.
First, please be sure that you are using the same email address that you used to purchase your subscription. Second, make sure and check your spam, junk, or other email folders if you still do not see the email in your inbox.
THE PASSWORD I RECEIVED ISN'T WORKING.
Please be sure that you are logging in with the same email address that you used to purchase your subscription. Make sure you are entering the password exactly as it appears. If copying/pasting does not work carefully type in letter-by-letter and number-by-number. Also the password is case sensitive, so please be sure your caps lock is off.
