Purpose:

The purpose of this agreement is to voluntarily collaborate with GBRI in the Sustainability & Social Impact Program, guided by a mutual commitment to advancing sustainability and social justice.

For Influencers:

Responsibilities:

• Promotion: Promote sustainability education within your network.
• Resource Sharing: Share GBRI's educational resources.
• Community Engagement: Participate in GBRI's online platforms.

Benefits:

• Commission: Receive a 20% commission.
• Professional Development: Access to GBRI's courses at a discounted rate.
• Impact: Be part of a meaningful community.

For Partners:

Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Teach GBRI courses.
• Local Engagement: Organize and instruct local courses.
• Resource Development: Contribute to course materials.

Benefits:

• Commission: Receive a 20% commission on courses taught.
• Additional Commission: Earn an extra 20% for local training activities.
• Affiliation: Use GBRI's resources for sustainability initiatives.
• Impact: Play a crucial role in global change.

Duration: This agreement will be effective until Dec 31, 2024, and will be subject to an annual review to discuss any necessary updates or changes.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Payment Terms: For Influencers and Partners

Payout Schedule: Commissions will be paid on a Net 45 basis. This means you will receive your commission within 45 days following the end of the month in which the commission was earned.

Payment Method: Payments will be made via direct deposit, PayPal or check.
