This presentation discusses some of the typical deficiencies of project schedules in mega projects and identifies some of the main considerations necessary to review project schedules. The process of reviewing project schedules in mega projects will also be discussed and suggestions will be made for preparing complete and reasonable project schedules that are appropriate for the successful implementation of mega projects.
