Within this presentation, I aim to take you on a whistle stop tour of Ascent’s journey so far on their most recent Planning & Controls evolution. As they adopt new ways of working to continually improve the service they provide, we will explore the Project Controls frameworks which underpin their success, highlighting some of the key lessons and challenges along the way.
