During project execution, some events affect the normal development of planned activities or construction sequences, hindering or interrupting them. Thus, disruption occurs. In this presentation, we will cover the causes of disruption, how to evaluate disruption impact -mainly the extra-cost due to the inefficiency in resource use- and how to calculate disruption and derived losses.
