Douglas Leaffer, WELL AP and WELL Faculty, is a Civil/Environmental engineering consultant with expertise in monitoring and mitigating noise and air pollution impacts to population health. Doug holds an MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering and is a PhD candidate at Tufts University in Environmental Health. He is an Associate Professor of Engineering, NECC (Massachusetts), with previous professional industry experience in the environmental and life science industries including managing marketing and sales of instrumentation, pharmaceuticals and consumable plastics. Doug has global business experience in 50 countries on 5 continents.
