Get an in-depth understanding of the WELL building standard as GBRI instructors analyze each feature within the WELL building standard. This session looks at features (pre-conditions and optimizations) within each WELL Concept (Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Fitness, Comfort and Mind) and requirements to earn WELL features as it relates to New Construction and Existing Buildings, New Construction and Existing Interiors as well as Core & Shell Project Typologies.

- Understand the importance of each WELL concept starting with the Air Concept
- Identify WELL Features within each WELL concept starting with the Air Quality Standards precondition feature for New and Existing Buildings
- Identify and analyze pre-conditions and optimizations within all WELL concepts starting with the Air Concept
- Learn the requirements to earn each precondition and optimization within the WELL building standard for New and Existing Buildings
