Several Canadian mining and energy projects are expanding the scope, purview and accountability beyond the projects’ immediate battery limits and traditional EPC responsibilities.

The founders of the solutions at the center of the pilot projects will provide an overview of the test program and how the initiative is forcing the project management teams, project controls and supply chains to engage with communities, indigenous peoples, adjacent industries, external risk owners, natural resources and environments.

These pilots are deploying new commercially available tools to metricize, plan and control the project and operations phases with continuous 360 degree visibility into lateral concerns, factors and impacts.

This presentation provides practitioners in the EPC industry with a first-time insight into the proprietary technology and pattern (machine learning) analytics developed over the course of three years – and how it integrates disparate IoT, planning and scheduling tools, estimating and cost software, and myriad unusual quantitative and qualitative intelligence. The project is now underway, and will continue over the full lifecycle of the project development until decommissioning of the mining operation and restoration of remote and highly sensitive natural environments.

Attendees will be subscribed to receive periodic post-conference reports documenting the progress, challenges, achievements and general outcomes from the pilot projects as they occur.
