Enrolled students must take and pass the short quiz in order to earn CE credits. In addition, this course needs to be self-reported. Self-reporting information will be accessible once you complete the quiz.

By tailoring healthy design and operation strategies, we can work towards restorative justice on a community scale. Case studies will be shared from New Orleans, Los Angeles and Boston.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the community health burden before a child enters their school building.
  • Understand strategies for a justice-oriented approach to school environmental quality.
  • Consider biases affecting building design, maintenance, and operations.
  • Inspire to move people to action at the building and community-level.
