Embracing Data – why some companies continue to discredit or defame the value of digital management of project information and data, despite the implications of not embracing technology. A contention in projects may be that they are knowingly avoiding digital solutions to optimize project or does this suggest the improper incentivization is in place? How do we overcome digital illiteracy, apprehension and encourage digital responsibility on programs that are growing in complexity, especially where the benefits of such investment may not always be immediate.
