GBRI’s LEED Project Implementation is a distinctive program offered to green building professionals seeking experience on a LEED-registered project for resume experience or for earning up to 10 LEED CE Hours and AIA HSWs. This program is also ideal for professionals looking for practical application based learning.
We have strategically designed our LEED Project Implementation program to enable students to grasp LEED v3 and v4 credit intents, requirements, reference standards, calculations, strategies, challenges and processes in the background of a registered LEED project.

About the Instructor
Jeslin Varghese, Director of Sustainability, holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a graduate degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. Originally from India, he is uniquely positioned to bring an Eastern perspective and marry it with western education and business strategies. Jeslin is a LEED AP BD+C and O+M and a Project Management Professional. An avid believer in sustainability, Jeslin brings enormous talent and engineering experience from the many green residential and commercial building projects he has worked on both in the US and overseas. During his spare time, he enjoys listening to eastern music and working with a nonprofit organization that he is part of.
Jessica Kubena, Education Coordinator, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Based out of the San Antonio office, she manages several education and research projects including the Green Barcode project. In addition to customer service and marketing, she also manages our CRM and certification team. She works closely with all our instructors to deliver and produce the courses. In addition, she also manages LEED project experience sessions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and helping non-profit projects.
What are the types of projects I will be working on?
At present we have opened 3 of the LEED registered projects (BD+C, ID+C and O+M) that we manage. You will be given credit for any work you do on these projects.
What if I miss the Project meeting? Are there recordings of the meetings?
All our webinars and meetings are recorded for future reference. All meeting participants will have access to our on-demand site.
